Graduate Student Orientation

Tuesday, August 16th from 3:00 PM in the Woldenberg Art Complex. Brief reception to follow.

This event is designed to orient new Master's and PhD students on the contacts, offices, and resources on campus that will help them make their time as a graduate student at Tulane successful.

The in-person event on 8/16/22 is meant to accompany the online, asynchronous orientation course through Canvas. All new graduate students are encouraged to complete the online orientation course before attending the in-person event. Students who have successfully registered for their Fall 2022 courses should have access to this course. Topics include: Student Health Services, Title IX, Emergency Preparedness, Plagiarism & the Graduate Honor Code, GAPSA & GSSA, OGPS & Career Advising, Student Services, Library Services. The course will remain available in the Fall semester.
